Mr Keith Garrard - 6 Market Place, Leyburn, North Yorkshire, DL8 5BJ (ref. no. ZD24/00311/FULL) Full planning permission for Installation of solar pv panels on the rear roof and 2 x second floor replacement windows.

Mr Stephen Weatherill - 7 High Street, Leyburn, North Yorkshire, DL8 5AQ (ref. no. ZD24/00274/FULL) Full planning permission for alterations, replacement of 1st floor windows (01-17) with legacy UPVC sliding sash windows to match the existing, 2nd floor windows (01-04) to be replaced with legacy upvc sliding sash windows to match the existing and existing chimney above 2nd floor kitchen to be removed with the addition of 3no velux conservation rooflights to the front elevation.

This in Turn Affects Conditions Relating to Approved Drawings and Strategies Dealing with Waste and Acoustics.
