A/24/97309/MAJOR Tesco Extra Central Park Way Wigan WN1 1XE. Installation of 3x DT Teko 3-Fan Gas Cooler and 3x DT Teko Compressor Pack on new gantry on roof with new non-slip walkway on roof.
A/24/97317/VARMAJ H J Heinz Co Ltd Walthew House Lane Kitt Green Wigan.
Application to vary condition 2 of planning permission reference A/22/93425/ MAJOR to incorporate external alterations to the approved building and to revise wording of conditions 4, 5, 6 and 7 relevant to the proposed changes. The application forms and plans can be viewed on our website
