This is notice that a planning application is to be made by Railway Pension Nominees Ltd for the following proposed development:
Demolition of existing buildings (Use Class E), erection of 3no. research and development buildings (Use Class E), 1 no. building to accommodate car and bicycle parking facilities and servicing plant, 1no. building to accommodate servicing plant and amenity space, new access arrangements, landscaping and other associated works.

Any Owner* of the land, or Tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to Oxford City Council, within 21 days of the date of publication on this notice. A copy of the planning application documents will be available on Oxford City Council’s website.
