24/0749/FUL/HHO: Boundary House, Barnet Lane, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3JP. Change of use of existing ground floor commercial unit (class E) and 1 x first floor residential dwelling into

5 x residential dwellings (3x1 bed, 1x2 bed, 1 x 3 bed) to include conversion of loft to habitable space and insertion of 6 x rear dormers; alterations to fenestration; provision of bin and cycle storage. Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.

24/0751/HSE/MV: Westflelds, London Road, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9BN. Two storey front extension; construction of basement level; conversion of loft to habitable space to include insertion of 8 x rear roof lights; alterations to fenestration. Reason: Conservation Area.

24/0663/FUL/AKA & 24/0664/LBC/AKA: Wheatsheaf Farm, Well End Road, Borehamwood, WD6 5PR. Demolition of existing outbuildings and menage, repair and refurbishment and subdivision of the existing listed farmhouse and erection of 3x two storey (lx 5 bed and 2x 4 bed) dwellings along with associated infrastructure and landscaping. Reason: Green Belt, Listed Building & Major Development & Application for Listed Building consent.

24/0775/CLE/WC: A T Bone And Sons, Crossoaks Farm, Crossoaks Lane, Ridge, Borehamwood, WD6 5PH. Application to regularise existing use of biomass boiler and boiler housing building. Certificate of Lawful Development (Existing). Reason: Green Belt.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
