The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent

2. Replacement timber windows to part west elevation, removal of strap pointing, stone cleaning and fush lime mortar pointing at Blake House, Greenside Road, Thurstonland, Huddersfeld.

6. Planning Permission & Listed Building Consent for erection of external steps, formation of patio areas and internal works to reconfgure existing apartments at 8, Edgerton Road, Edgerton, Huddersfeld. Application Nos. 2024/91280 & 2024/91281.

8. Erection of rear extension and terraced steps at 156, Northgate, Almondbury, Huddersfeld. Application No. 2024/91463.

10. Change of roofng material from blue slate to concrete tile at Colne Valley Masonic Hall, Britannia Road, Slaithwaite, Huddersfeld. Application No. 2024/91583.

The following planning application has been received which is for Discharge of Conditions of a Listed Building Consent

11. Discharge condition 3 (joinery details) on previous permission 2024/90844 for Listed Building Consent for installation of new front door, replacement roofights, rainwater goods, windows (single glazed to double glazed), internal layout changes to house bathroom, replacing/repairing stonework to window surrounds and within window arrangements at Kirkby Grange Hall, Clough Road, Flockton, Huddersfeld. TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

The following planning application has been received which affects a public right of way

The following planning application has been received which constitutes Major Development and affects a public right of way

Variation condition 1 (plans) on previous permission 2021/92788 for variation condition 7 (plans) on previous permission 2009/92557 for reserved matters application for residential development for 30 dwellings with associated parking pursuant to outline permission 2007/92595 at Former Royd Edge Dyeworks, Holmfrth Road, Holmfrth (Footpath No. MEL/65/10).

The following planning application has been received which constitutes Major Development

14. Erection of extensions and alterations to convert existing building into 32 student apartments at Chutney Mahal, Folly Hall, Huddersfeld. Application No. 2024/91477.

The following planning application has been received which is a departure from the Development Plan

15. Retention of single storey portakabin building to be used as a nursery at Beaumont Primary Academy, Dryclough Road, Crosland Moor, Huddersfeld. Application No. 2024/91523.
