3. Winchelsea Conservation Area. Works to a grade 2* listed property to include the part- replacement of fenestration; roof repairs and replacement of internal staircase. 2 Strand Plat, Rookery Lane, Winchelsea, Icklesham

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2 & 3 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 2 & 3 above.
