d) Erection of a single storey extension to rear and construction of dormer to rear following demolition of existing extensions, conservatory and dormer to rear at 42 Main Street Preston HU12 8UA (Ref: 24/01727/PLF)

e) Change of use of care/retirement home (C2) to residential (C3) and associated internal alterations to form two dwellings at The Abbeyfield Society Abbeyfield 1 Langholm Close Beverley HU17 7DH (Ref: 24/01577/PLF)

f) Erection of a single storey extension to rear, construction of dormer windows to front and rear roof, installation of single storey roof light to rear, with remedial works to terraced walls and roof, following demolition of existing conservatory at 30 Beckside Beverley HU17 0PD (Ref: 24/01728/PLF)

g) Demolition of part of the wall bordering the property to create space for vehicular access at 26 Baxtergate Hedon HU12 8JN (Ref: 24/01252/PLB)

h) Erection of two pre-fabricated, timber-framed and boarded Prayer Sheds and Wooden Cross for community us at Hullen House 11A Woodfield Lane Hessle HU13 0ES (Ref: 24/01720/PLF)

i) Conversion of garage to create additional living accommodation, alterations to boundary wall and installation of gate at 27 Eastgate Beverley HU17 0DR (Ref: 24/01486/PLF)

Proposals (a,b,d,e,f,g,h,i) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (c,g) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (b,c,e,f) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
