What is planned?

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT
MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

24/0508/FH - 3 GRACE HILL, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1HA - Replacement of 6 single-glazed timber framed windows, 4 front & 2 rear, with timber-effect woodgrain uPVC Ecoslide windows on the first & second floors of the building. 2 further windows replaced at the rear of the building.

24/0834/FH - 37A SANDGATE HIGH STREET, SANDGATE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 3AH - Replacement windows and cladding to south and west elevations.

24/0875/FH - FLAT 1, 30 GRIMSTON GARDENS, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2PX - Retrospective application for an office pod in front garden, new brick wall, railings on front wall , gate at the front and to the side of the property & a small sash window to the side of the building

24/0908/FH - GREAT DOWLES FARM HOUSE, STONE STREET, STELLING MINNIS, CANTERBURY, CT4 6DB - Extension to farmhouse, annexe accommodation in former granary and conversion of former stables

24/0927/FH - THE SOUND, 21 RADNOR CLIFF, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2JJ - Replacement garage and front wall, erection of outbuilding, terrace, viewing platform and stair and enlargement of existing rear terrace.

24/0932/FH - 71-73 SEABROOK ROAD CT21 5BU - Variation of condition 6 (enhance biodiversity) of planning permission 22/1990/FH to allow for an amendment to the wording of condition 6

24/0933/FH - 70-72 SANDGATE ROAD, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2AA - Listed Building Consent for the repair and restoration of the external fabric, including crittall windows, concrete sills and rear flat roof repair.

24/0938/FH - 22 HIGH STREET, HYTHE, CT21 5AT - Listed building consent for a new external staircase to first floor flat at rear of building and replacement of window with door

Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY.  Please always quote the application reference number.  Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication.  Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
