NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

KCC/TW/0084/2024 – Proposed development at Broomhill Bank School (Western Site), Broomhill Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN3 0TB.

Broomhill Bank SEN School is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for the Construction of single storey modular building providing two classrooms.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated (development in the Green Belt).

We accept comments online via the direct link on the County Council’s website or by email to planning.applications@kent.gov.uk. We accept comments within 21 days from the date of this notice (25 July 2024).Please quote the application reference number (KCC/TW/0084/2024) and note that comments may be drawn to the attention of Council Members, the applicant and other interested persons and may include publishing on the Borough Council website.
