2024/0603/RG3: Alterations to front elevation to form new entrance area. Existing entrance will be relocated & existing porch to be enclosed by new cavity wall approx. 4.5m in length will be constructed & tied into the existing front elevation. The existing windows will be replaced & new double leaf entrance will be formed within the new wall. Some of the internal partition
walls will be removed & replaced with new metal stud partition walls & a glazed partition system. The kitchen & accessible toilets will also be refurbished as part of the works, with new service pipework to be connected to the existing drainage.
