PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
a) Extraction of sand, gravel and clay from a northern extension to the existing North Cave Quarry Complex, construction of a mineral conveyor, extension to the existing haul road, continued use of the existing mineral processing plant site and the restoration of the extension area using site derived and imported inert restoration materials to nature conservation interest including waterbodies, heathland, fen and reedbeds at North Cave Quarry Complex Crosslands Lane North Cave (Ref: 24/01362/CME)
b) Installation of a wind turbine up to 149.9m tip height (T2: E515795, 428553 - 149.9m to tip, 80m to hub, 138m blade diameter) including associated and ancillary infrastructure; access track, hardstanding area, drainage works, temporary laydown areas and temporary construction compound at Land South West of Saltend Chemicals Park Saltend Lane Saltend (Ref: 24/00951/STPLFE)
Proposals (a,b) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

a) This application is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended). Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Impact Assessment from MJCA, Baddesley Colliery Offices, Main Road, Baxterley, Atherstone, Warwickshire, CV9 2LE.
b) This application is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended). Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Impact Assessment from Green Cat Renewables Ltd, FAO Rob Colin, Green Cat Renewables Ltd, Midlothian Innovation Centre, Roslin, EH25 9RE.
Hard copies of the Non-Technical Summary are provided for £10 per copy upon request and the full ES for £750 per hard copy, excluding Landscape Graphics. Electronic copies (CD-ROM) of the ES can be purchased for £25.
