I give notice of the following Public Inquiry
DATE OF INQUIRY: **Starting at 10am on the 16th July 2024 and continuing the 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, 26th July 2024**

**Site: 2-4 Ringers Road and 5 Ethelbert Road, BR1 1HT**
**Planning reference number 21/05585/FULL1**
Appeal against refusal of planning permission for Demolition of existing buildings and construction of a mixed use development comprising residential units, ancillary residents’ facilities (including co-working space) and commercial floor space (Use Class E) across two blocks, along with associated hard and soft landscaping, amenity spaces, cycle and refuse storage (Revised scheme incorporating a second stair into Block A and Block B, internal layout and elevational changes, and changes to the on street parking bays and footpath along Ringers Road and Ethelbert Road). The Appeal Inquiry is scheduled to last for up to 8 days and will start at 10am. An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State, under paragraph 1 (1) of schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, will attend to decide the appeals. Please note that the Planning Inspectorate aim to issue the decision within seven weeks of the Inquiry. The Inspector’s decision will be published on the planning portal website.
Members of the public and interested parties may attend the Inquiry and at the Inspector’s discretion give their views on the development.
