Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made to Chesterfield Borough Council.
CHE/24/00299/REM - Reserved Matters application for a residential development of twenty dwellings with associated parking, garaging & gardens (Outline planning permission CHE/16/00114/OUT) at Land To The West Of Carpenter Avenue, Mastin Moor. Reason for Advert - Major Application.
CHE/24/00341/ADV - 1 Fascia sign and 1 Projecting sign at 5 Stephenson Place S40 1XL. Reason for Advert – Conservation area, setting of a listed building.
CHE/24/00370/FUL - Retrospective change of use of existing garden to create a new goods storage compound at Dunston Hall, Dunston Road S41 9RL. Reason for Advert - Setting of a listed building.
