24/01358/FUL: Proposed change of use to dog exercise and training paddock and provision of access/parking at Land Opposite The Old Coach House (Formerly The Cottage), Rectory Road, Oakley, RG23 7LJ.

Reason: Proposal affecting a Conservation Area

24/01267/HSE: Two-storey side extension and part two-storey/part single-storey rear extensions. External alterations including new dormers, rendered facade, new windows. Reason: Proposal affects the setting of a Conservation Area

24/01319/ROC: Variation of condition 1 of 23/01893/FUL to amend drawing numbers to allow for alterations to fenestration design, positioning and sizing including addition and removal of windows at White Stag Barn, Weston Corbett, Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Reason: Proposal affecting a Conservation Area and a Right of Way

23/03120/FUL: Demolition of three dwellings, outbuildings, and related structures and construction of storage and distribution units (use class B8) with ancillary offices and gatehouses, associated infrastructure works (including parking and landscaping), and full details of site levels, access, drainage, tree retention, and diversion of underground pipeline. (Phased and delivered across separate and self-contained plots) at Land at Oakdown Farm, Winchester Road, Dummer, Basingstoke, Hampshire

Further information has been submitted by Equites Newlands (Basingstoke) Limited to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council in respect of the above application (original submission December 2023).

The further information along with a copy of the Environmental Statement can be viewed using the authority's website - www.basingstoke.gov.uk - or in the Council Offices (Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH). The further information submission relates to amendments to the proposed site layout and associated changes/additional information.
