I give notice that Mr and Mrs Dando is applying to B&NES Council for planning permission for Erection of 1 no. 2bed dwelling and associated works, following demolition of existing agricultural buildings at land to rear of Cinderlands.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
