What is planned?

Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.

MO/2024/0440/PLAMAJ: Land at the entrance to Happy Paddocks Farm, Stan Hill, Charlwood, Horley, RH6 0ES: Change of use from agricultural land to equestrian land, erection of a stable block with secure feed and tack room and a welfare room and the erection of perimeter fencing.

MO/2024/0791: 3, Buckland Court, Reigate Road, Buckland, Betchworth, RH3 7EA: Demolition of 2 No. existing sheds and erection of an Oak framed outbuilding. 

MO/2024/0867PLAHH & 0868/LBC: 1 Mansion Cottages, Church Street, Leatherhead, KT22 8EH: Removal of the extension granted under permission MO/2003/1143 & MO/2003/1144, and internally renovate the property.

MO/2024/0871/ECL: First and Second floor of 55, High Street, Leatherhead, KT22 8AG: Certificate of Lawfulness for the existing development in respect of the implementation of planning consent

MO/2004/1441 for the change of use of first and second floor office suite to a one bedroomed flat and Insertion of new conservation roof light in rear slope more than 4 years ago.

MO/2024/0874/LBC: 6 Flat, Guildford Road, Westcott, Dorking, RH4 3NR: Change of use of the building from (Use Class E) to (Use Class C3) to a 1 No. bedroom ground floor studio flat. Remove the ground floor windows and replace with new to match existing front first floor windows, internal alterations removal of partition wall and installation of a mezzanine floor including a storage area for bikes.

MO/2024/0881/LBC: Rose Hill House, Rose Hill, Dorking, RH4 2EA: Creation of a new internal doorway between the existing kitchen and adjacent room.

MO/2024/0886/PLAHH: Rowemount Cottage, Abinger Road, Coldharbour, Dorking, RH5 6HG: Erection of a replacement stable at the location of the existing stable. 

MO/2024/0895/PLAHH: The Barn, Abinger Road, Coldharbour, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6HE: Erection of single storey rear extension, external and internal alterations, and partial closing of entrance gate.

MO/2024/0919/LBC & 0920/PLAHH: Okewood Manor, Okewood Hill, Okewood Hill, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 5PU: Erection of single-storey kitchen extension and internal reconfiguration to the entrance lobby.

MO/2024/0928/LBC: Manor Farm, Manor House Lane, Little Bookham, Leatherhead, KT23 4EW: Works to the Coach House at Manor Farm to include; like for like replacement of roof, gable end windows and door, insertion of 4 No. new rooflights on the rear pitch, rear window, external timber staircase and internal first floor strengthening structural alterations.

Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk. Representations should be submitted in writing by 18 July 2024 Development Control Manager, Pippbrook, Dorking, RH4 1SJ.
