The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
24L/1621 - Martin Luther King Jr Building and Hartley Pavilion Royal Albert Dock (3) Applicant National Museums Liverpool. Listed building consent for alterations to Martin Luther King Jr building to facilitate new entrance pavilion, glazed roof lantern to atrium and glazed pedestrian link bridge to connect to Hartley Pavilion. Reconfiguration of rooftop plant area. New external doors to west elevation.
Alterations to Hartley Pavilion including glazed vestibule to main entrance (north elevation), new glazed entrance vestibule to south elevation, new roof light to lecture theatre, replacement glazing, transoms and gaskets to curtain walling on south elevation, reconfiguration of rooftop plant area. Internal alterations to both buildings in connection with the remodeling and refurbishment of the museums including removal of fabric to form new entrances, voids, vertical circulation, risers, roof lights, new partitions and associated works.

The 23 Group Ltd. To replace shop front and carry out internal alterations to ground floor and basement floor of listed building in association with change of use to restaurant and bar (Sui Generis).
24F/1614 - 8 Castle Street (2) Applicant Andrew Peters.
The 23 Group Ltd. To change use of ground floor and basement floor from shop and office (Use Class E) to restaurant and bar (Sui Generis) with associated internal alterations and to replace shop front.
23O/3198 - 141 Walton Road/St Hilda Street (4) Applicant Alex Mearns. To erect a new build development of 9 no. 1 bed apartments (Outline Application). **Amended application form received**.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 18th July 2024 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
