Notice is given that the Council has received the following application/s for planning permission / listed building consent which involve development in a conservation area and/or affecting a listed building:-
AT: The Old School Slaidburn Road Newton BB7 3DY FOR: Planning
permission and Listed Building Consent for proposed re-hanging of the school bell in the existing bell cote over front door. Application number: 3/2024/0335 and 3/2024/0336
AT: Causeway Farm Longsight Road Clayton le Dale BB2 7HZ FOR: Proposed drilling into the side of the barn to fit an S2 service bracket using anchor bolts. Application number: 3/2024/0385
AT: Shop and Cafe 20-22 Talbot Street Chipping PR3 2QE FOR: Application for planning permission and listed building consent for the installation of two removable flood doors to the external door frames on the front elevation. Application number: 3/2024/0390 and 3/2024/0456
AT: 41 Castle Street Clitheroe BB7 2BT FOR: Advertisement Consent for two new illuminated signs - one on the Castle Street elevation and one on the King Street elevation and one circular hanging sign to Castle Street elevation. Application number: 3/2024/0344

appointment or via the website at: www.ribblevalley.gov.uk/planning-applications Representations on the above application/s should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of this Notice as, after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision. You can comment online, by email or write to the Director of Development, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, BB7 2RA quoting the application number. Any representations received will be available for inspection by members of the public on the website and in the Planning Department, and will be sent to the Secretary of State in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission.
