Notice under Article 13 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015:
Proposed development Land at Tanks & Vessels Industries Limited, Bankwood Lane Industrial Estate, Rossington, DN11 0PS
Notice is given that Ivel Limited are applying to Doncaster City Council for hybrid planning permission comprising full permission for the demolition of existing buildings and use of the site for the storage of operational vehicles/hgvs (cab/trailer) and associated development including resurfacing works, erection of security gatehouse and driver welfare facilities, provision of cycle storage, external lighting, soft landscaping and associated ancillary works; and Outline planning permission (all matters other than access to but not within the site reserved) for demolition of existing buildings and erection of industrial/warehouse buildings (use class b2/b8 including ancillary offices class e(g)(i)), service yards and associated works.
The full and outline phase of the development to be delivered via severable phases.
Any owner of the land or a tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Doncaster City Council at the Planning Department, Doncaster Council, Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU,within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice.
