24/01160/VAR - Former Houghton Colliery Newbottle Street Houghton-le-Spring. Fastned UK Ltd
is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of condition 8 (Car parking/EV charging/cycle parking) of approved planning application 20/01591/FU4 to allow the EV chargers to be implemented within 6 months of the site opening.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
24/01111/OUT - Former B&M Store The Green Southwick Sunderland SR5 2HT. Ropley Properties Limited is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Proposed demolition of existing retail store and erection of up to 55no. residential units comprising of up to 47no. assisted living flats (1 and 2 bedroom units for people in need of care - Use Class C2) and up to 8no. 2 bedroom residential apartments for independent living (Use Class C3) with retention of a commercial unit to the north of the site (approximately 575m2) for commercial use and formation of new vehicular access.
24/00720/VAR - Chapelgarth South Of Weymouth Road Sunderland. Duchy Homes is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of condition 2 (plans) of previously approved application 21/00142/LR4, for plot substitutions and new house types (Phase 4) (amended plans received 13.06.2024)

Alternatively, you can make comment and view plans via the internet at https://www.sunderland.gov.uk/online-applications/ within 21 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.
