WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2024/00270: Tealby: Mr R Woodall: Land adj Grange Farm, Sandy Lane: erect 2 dwelllings.
(affects right of way) (departure from local plan)
b) WL/2024/00415: Normanby-by-Spital: Boultbee Brooks (Renewables Highgate) Ltd: ground mounted solar farm, supporting infrastructure, cable route, access, landscaping & associated work (major app)
c) WL/2024/00418: Caistor: Mr W Thompson: Wolds View Touring Park, 115 Brigg Rd: change of use of land for extension of existing tourist site, relocation of caravan storage area, treatment plant & erect storage barn (major app)

should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this
