I give notice that the applications referred to below have been submitted to Middlesbrough Development Corporation for consideration:
The Nature of the Proposed Development
The Character or Appearance of a Conservation Area will be affected by the Development
The Setting of a Listed Building will be affected by the Development
24/0043/LBC - Town Hall, Middlesbrough Borough Council Social Services, Albert Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 2QJ
- Removal of graffiti to both stepped entrances along the South elevation of Municipal Buildings using an ecofriendly, wet blasting cleaning with recycled fine glass at 0.8psi.
24/0044/LBC - Middlesbrough Railway Station, Zetland Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 1EG - Installation of 8 temporary artworks within Middlesbrough Station. Details of the proposal can be viewed online by searching the above planning reference number at https://www. tvcaportal.co.uk. A copy of the submitted application can also be made available for your inspection at the Information Desk in Middlesbrough Development Corporation, Teesside International Airport, Darlington, DL2 1NJ during normal business hours.
