Proposed development at Danefield Farm, Eridge Road, Boars Head, Crowborough TN6 3HD. I give notice that Mr & Mrs Kaszuba, c/o Mulbury Designs is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the variation of Condition 10 of WD/2023/1473/F (phased development of 2 no. self build dwellings with 3 no. detached double garages. Retention of existing dwelling with demolition of existing farm buildings) to enable repositioning of plot 2, amendments to orientation of plots 1 & 2 with associated relocation/re-orientation of garages, and increase in size and ridge height of plots 1 & 2 with associated amendments to design/fenestration including introduction of dormer windows. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
