APP/24/00619/F Demolish existing garage, erect a new detached dwelling with garage and new garage for existing house at 12 Eaton Road, Poole, BH13 6DG. Variation of conditions 2 & 11 of planning permission APP/21/01013/F for condition 2 - Change approved plans list to reflect proposed changes to the dwelling. Condition 11 - Condition amended to reflect the update arboricultural impact appraisal and method statement. 12 Eaton Road.

APP/24/00626/A Replacement signage. 30 Kingston Road.

APP/24/00640/F Demolition of existing property and erection of a replacement property. Improvement works to the sea wall. 106 Panorama Road.

APP/24/00648/F Installation of an air condition system within the comms room of the MMO Fisheries Office. Fisheries Office, The Quay.

APP/24/00654/F Works to the external area outside the front of the museum and adjacent area of public realm, including improving accessibility from the public realm to Poole Museum entrance, improving the visibility of Poole Museum, with the addition of signage and interpretation panels, installing new and accessible seating for public use and improving accessibility between Poole Museum and Scaplen's Court, building on the last phase of public realm works.
