Category A - Applications for Planning Permission under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

Ref: 43794/APP/2024/87 Proposed development at: Car Park Adjacent To Axis House 242 Bath Road I give notice that Progress Planning is applying for Planning Permission for: Erection of a 7-storey residential building comprising 60 units with associated access, parking and landscaping.

Category B - Applications under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990

Ref: 29650/APP/2024/1216 20 Merle Avenue Harefield. Proposal: Erection of a single storey rear extension, following demolition of existing garden store and rear extension. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Harefield Village Conservation Area)

Ref: 78810/APP/2024/1426 1 Canal Cottages Springwell Lane. Proposal: Erection of a two story rear extension, single story rear and side wrap around extension. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Springwell Lock Conservation Area)

Ref: 78827/APP/2024/1496 Land At Brunel University Kingston Lane. Proposal: Erection of plant and machinery. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the setting of the Listed Building in the vicinity of the development).

Any representations on the applications should be submitted in writing to Planning Services, London Borough of Hillingdon, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1UW, quoting the relevant reference number or online at www.hillingdon.gov.uk or by email to applicationsprocessingteam@hillingdon.gov.uk.

Representations should be made by 17th July 2024 (21 days) for applications within CATEGORY A and CATEGORY B; Written or telephone enquiries may also be made to Planning Services at the above address (Tel: 01895 250230).
