Proposal: Installation of a new Portakabin storage building and an additional access ramp for pallet trolley access directly into the north office wing of the main building.

Location: 104 High Street Ingatestone Essex CM4 0BA
Proposal: Replacement of exiting roof tiles for maintenance and replacement of existing windows and removal of interior chimney breast
Reason: Listed Building
Application No: 24/00594/HHA
Location: 1 Little Bassetts Cottage Magpie Lane Little Warley Essex CM13 3EA
Proposal: Construction of a second storey on the part of the remaining (22/00481/HHA) single storey rear extension, to create a second bedroom, together with fenestration/window alterations to the front and rear, and construction of a new porch with the relocated front door.
