What is planned?
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) 2015, NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13, PLANNING (LISTED BUILDING AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been submitted to the Council:
2024/1639 & 2024/1682 The Bell Inn, 19 High Street, Cawston, NR10 4AE - Repaint facias and replace external signage (Reasons d & c)
2024/1655 21 Hungate Street, Aylsham, NR11 6AA - Replacement of existing timber beam and timber repairs. Re-building of brickwork above and around the end bearings of the beam. Removal of existing paint to rear first floor external wall and either brick finish retained or rendered (Reasons d & c)
2024/0277 9 Cawston Road, Aylsham, NR11 6BX - Covered structure area for use with gym and boxing club (Reasons d & c)
Reasons for advertisement are as follows: (a) contrary to the contrary to the development plan; (b) major development; (c) Listed Building and/or curtilage; (d) affects the character and/or appearance of a Conservation Area; (h) is of Local Interest (i) is an EIA application accompanied by an Environmental Statement or a subsequent application.
The applications and accompanying plans can be inspected at The Horizon Centre, Broadland Business Park, Peachman Way, Norwich, NR7 0WF during normal office hours or online at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should ensure that they are received by post, email or online within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays). Comments should include the Application Number and be made to the Assistant Director - Planning at The Horizon Centre, Broadland Business Park Peachman Way Norwich NR7 0WF or to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk.
