e) Variation of Condition 5 (approved plans) of planning permission 23/02925/PLF (Erection of a single storey extension to front and side including attached garage following demolition of existing detached garage and conservatory) at Lynton 51 Elloughton Road Brough HU15 1AP (Ref: 24/01500/VAR)
f) Erection of a single storey extension to rear at 31 Hull Road Cottingham HU16 4PN (Ref: 24/01651/PLF)
g) Installation of a replacement window to second floor and installation of partition walls to create a bedroom at Westfield Farm The Green Bishop Burton HU17 8QA (Ref: 24/01648/PLB)
Proposals (a,b,c,d,e,f,g) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,c,g) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (g) affects the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (d) affects a public right of way.
