Proposed development on Land West of Limestone Way, Maresfield TN22 2DP. I give notice that Terra is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission of an outline application for up to 41 no. dwellings and detailed vehicular access from Limestone Way (with all other matters reserved).

The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
