During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice the Planning Authority provides the facility to inspect the application plans and documents on line at www.newcastle-staffs.gov. uk by following the link to Planning and Public Access
Any person who wishes to make representations to the above mentioned Council should make them in writing within that period to the Development Control Manager, Regeneration and Development Services Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under- Lyme ST5 1BL or e-mail to planningapplications@newcastle-staffs.gov.uk
Please bear in mind that any comments and the name and address of the persons making the comments will be open to inspection by, and may be copied to, other parties as they form part of the statutory register for applications and will be displayed on the Councils website. Personal data, such as signatures, email address and telephone numbers will be removed.
However, the names and addresses of those people who comment on the application are required and will be published. Please note that anonymous comments cannot be taken into consideration.
