What is planned?

LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 MAJOR APPLICATIONS UNDER ARTICLE 15(4)) OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 2015 AND OTHER SIGNIFICANT APPLICATIONS.

Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Tower Hamlets is considering the following applications:

West India Quay Car Park, Hertsmere Road, London PA/24/00878 The relocation of 3x existing dish antennae to new additional support poles; the removal of 3x existing antennae and 1x cabinet and replacement with 6x new antennae on extended spliced support pole and 1x cabinet and development ancillary thereto. The application can be viewed on the Council's web site at https://development.towerhamlets.gov.uk. Orchard Wharf, Orchard Place, London, E14 PA/24/00812 Full phased planning application for redevelopment of the site following demolition of all existing buildings and structures and enabling works to provide a mixed-use development consisting of basement excavation, and the erection of new buildings connected to or situated above a safeguarded wharf box which would deliver: i.
