What is planned?

Town And Country Planning Act 1990 Proposed Development On Land At The Chalk Pit, Waste Transfer Station, College Road, Epsom, Surrey KT17 4JA Reston Waste Management Ltd. has applied to Surrey County Council for planning permission for Change of use to Class B2 (General Industrial) and Class E; (g) (i) (Office to carry out any operational or administrative functions); (g)(ii) Research and development of products or processes; and (g)(iii) Industrial processes. Erection of structure formed of concrete walls and bays with frame and cladding over to partially enclose Waste Transfer and Material Recovery Facility, 4m high wall, concrete platform and bicycle shed. Stationing of modular building to provide office accommodation, installation of weighbridge and drainage system including rainwater harvesting tanks and formation of parking. Engineering operations to stabilize embankment (Part retrospective).

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the application is situated.
