MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
24/0364/FH - Kings Arms, The Square, Elham, Canterbury, CT4 6TJ - Listed Building consent for the removal of unstable chimney & chimney breast. Demolition of non original lean to structures with adjoining property, Wise Follies and exposing original party wall consisting of a medieval barn.
24/0764/FH - Nickolls Quarry, Dymchurch Road, HYTHE, CT21 4NE - Application for the approval of Reserved Matters (Access, Appearance, Layout, Scale, and Landscaping) for the construction of a public open space including play equipment and substation of Outline Planning Permission Y19/1492/FH. Discharge of conditions 09 (Arboricultural Impact Assessment and Tree Constraints Plan) & 16 (storage of refuse and recycling) of Y19/1492/FH.
24/0817/FH - 12A Guildhall Street, Folkestone, CT20 1DZ - First floor rear extension
24/0836/FH - St Martin’s Church, Oak Hill, Acrise, Folkestone - Installation of compostable toilet facility
24/0856/FH - Blue House Farm Yard, Rhee Wall, Brenzett, TN29 9TU - Creation of a new vehicular access road, refurbishment and change of use of 3no. agricultural buildings to form 7no. class B2 industrial units.
24/0913/FH - 5-6 Westbourne Gardens, Folkestone, CT20 2JA - Variation of Condition 4 of planning permission Y00/0607/SH to allow opening between the hours 07.30am and 18.30pm Monday to Saturday
24/0919/FH - Oriel Cottage, High Street, Elham, Canterbury, CT4 6TB - Listed Building Consent for the replacement of the windows to the front elevation

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
