The following applications have been submitted for planning permission and Notice is hereby given under:
a. Section 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:-
24/00506/FULHH Loft conversion with dormer to rear elevation. Old Orchard, 10 High Street, Somerby, Melton Mowbray.
24/00397/FUL Change of use of former toilet and welfare building to commercial bike rental unit including replacement of roof, minor external changes and internal changes. Wilton Park, Wilton Road, Melton Mowbray.
24/00582/VAC Permission to vary conditions 2 and 3 of planning permission ref: 22/00036/FUL to include the re-siting of garage to allow for driveway, parking and turning in front, wet room relocation, alterations to apertures, minor internal alterations and retaining walls identified. Workshop Adjacent, Oakley Terrace, Main Street, Grimston, Leicestershire.
b. Section 67 and 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
24/00580/FULHH Conversion of the existing barn to provide ancillary accommodation comprising of two guest bedrooms and a shared shower room. Chantry House, 3 Chapel Lane, Stathern, Leicestershire.
24/00540/LBC Erection of a 1.5m picket fence to the rear boundary of the property. Grooms Cottage, 4 Folville Street, Ashby Folville, Leicestershire.
24/00576/FULHH First floor extension to incorporate an en-suite bathroom. Chantry House, 3 Chapel Lane, Stathern, Leicestershire.
c. Regulation 5 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990:

24/00578/LBC First floor extension to incorporate an en-suite bathroom. Chantry House, 3 Chapel Lane, Stathern, Leicestershire.
A copy of each application will be available for inspection from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday at Parkside, Burton Street, Melton Mowbray LE13 1GH. They will also be available on the website www.melton.gov.uk/viewplans, from where comments can be submitted.
Any person who wishes to make representations to the Council, should do so in writing to within 21 days from the publication of this notice. Any representations submitted will become available for public inspection. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal dealt with by representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
