Proposed development at Grundon Sand And Gravel Ltd Frith End Sand Quarry, Grooms Farm Lane, Frith End, Bordon Hampshire GU35 0QR by Grundon Sand & Gravel Ltd

Hampshire County Council has received 2 applications for planning permission for:

1. Variation of Conditions 1 (Timescale), 4 (Phasing) and 10 (Landscaping) of Planning Permission 30633/040

2. Variation of conditions 1 (Timescale), 3 (Arboriculture), 4 (Phasing), 10, 11 & 25 (Landscaping), 26 (Restoration) 27 (Aftercare), and 29 (Plans) of Planning Permission 30633/041

The applications are accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The proposed development affects public right of way.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with the application (Documents can be found on the Application Documents and Environmental Statement Documents tab) on the Development Management website at https://planning.hants.gov.uk/Planning/Display/HCC/2024/0278 https://planning.hants.gov.uk/Planning/Display/HCC/2024/0279 or by making arrangements directly with the Case Officer to view a paper copy of the application.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement, Original and Addendum (including accompanying Supporting Statements and Plans) from Grundon Sand & Gravel Ltd, Estates Office, Beenham, Berks RG7 5PY or by telephone (01189714040) or email: estates@grundon.com, at a charge of £300.00. Electronic version of all the above documents are available for £20.00 The documents can also be downloaded from the Strategic Planning website at the address given above.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should make their comments online at the Development Management website at the address given above or write to Development Management, Universal Services, Elizabeth II Court West, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UD, by 1 August 2024. Representations must include a name and address to be accepted. Anonymous or confidential representations will not be accepted. The details provided will only be held for the purposes of considering your representation. As part of the statutory process your name, address and comments will be on deposit with other application documents, will be available for public inspection and will also be published on our website.
