Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications:

Development within a designated conservation area.

Major development.

Whitehouse Farm Main Road Rettendon Chelmsford Essex CM3 8DL Construction of 3 new buildings consisting of 17 B8 and B1E units. Ref No. 24/00546/FUL

These applications can be viewed on our website at www.chelmsford.gov.uk/planning or at the Council offices in Duke Street, Chelmsford during normal opening hours.

Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council at P.O. Box 7544, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE, quoting the appropriate reference number, by 12 July 2024.

Please note that comments submitted will be available for the public to read, and if an appeal is lodged will be passed to the Secretary of State. Please see our website for further information.
