Notice under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The following applications have been made to St Helens Borough Council:

Application Number: P/2024/0274/HHFP

Proposal: External alterations to the fabric of the building, with the removal of render, 2no. new rooflights, internal alterations, alterations to existing openings and additional openings. Erection of a detached garage. New boundary wall and gates.

As this is a householder or minor commercial application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
