Notice is hereby given that the Tandridge District Council has received the following applications for planning permission or which affect a listed building, conservation area, Tree Preservation Order, public footpath/ bridleway or major development.

Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - notice under article 15, & planning (listed building & buildings in conservation area) regulations 1990, & town & country planning (environmental impact assessment) regulations 2017 - notice under article 25

2024/441 - Flats 1, 2, 5, 6, 8, 9-12 and 14-17, Picton Mount, Southview Road, Warlingham. Removal of existing steel framed glazed balcony balustr-ades. Replace with Aluminium handrail that spans between the two side parapet walls and install glazing spanning from the underside of the handrail to the top of the balcony edge kerb.

2024/521 - Church of St Bernard, Vicarage Road, Lingfield. Structural repairs to external masonry walls. Increase in roof height of 140-150mm with additional insulation and standing seam to match existing.

2024/525 - Town Farm, Outwood Lane, Bletchingley, Redhill. Installation of solar panels on East/South East facing roof surfaces.

2024/491 - Bridgeham Farm, Broadbridge Lane, Smallfield, Horley. Development of up to 23 units with associated infrastructure, vehicular and pedestrian access (Outline application with all matters reserved except for access, scale and layout).
