Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:
Application No. 49/24/00011: The Old Vicarage, Coombe Lane, Weare, Axbridge, BS26 2LE. Erection of a single storey rear link extension between the main dwelling & ancillary annexe. This site lies within a Conservation Area & development may affect a public right of way. (Householder application).
Application No. 17/24/00025 & 17/24/00026: Hobbswell House, Kent Street, Cheddar, BS27 3LG. Erection of single storey East extension on site of existing garage & store (to be demolished). Removal of existing pitched roof & replacement with flat roof. Alterations to fenestrations on South elevation, & internal alterations. This application affects a listed building. (Householder application)
Application No. 17/24/00029: Cheddar Association Football Club, Draycott Road, Cheddar, BS27 3RL. Installation of a replacement floodlighting system consisting of 16no LED floodlights fitted to 8No. new 15m columns. This proposal is a major development, the site lies within a Conservation Area & may affect the setting of a public right of way.
For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Comments welcome by 11/07/2024.
