Application reference: PL/2024/0001050/RVC Site address: Land at Allard Way Proposed development: Variation of condition 2 imposed on planning permission PL/2023/0001225/RESM granted 15.12.23 for ‘Reserved matters application for the development of 125 dwellings’ to update affordable housing provision Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.

Application reference: PL/2024/0001106/FULM Site address: Land to the rear of Otterbrook Court Proposed development: Development of 51 no. retirement apartments (Use Class C3), including new vehicular access, car parking, landscaping and associated infrastructure Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.
