What is planned?

NEATH PORT TALBOT COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (WALES) ORDER 2012

Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for planning permission for the following developments:

DEVELOPMENTS WHICH AFFECT A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY DEVELOPMENTS WHICH ARE A MAJOR DEVELOPMENT NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

P2023/0217 Section 73 application to vary condition No. 86 pursuant of planning permission ref. P2018/0636 (leisure development) to allow an extension of time for the submission of a reserved matters application to be submitted within three years of the date of decision (amended description replacing date for for the submission of reserved matters to within 3 years of date of decision).

Please note that planning staff are working on a hybrid basis (a mix of office and home working). The Quays is open but on an appointment basis only.
