Details of reserved matters being landscaping and including access, appearance, layout and scale in respect of the proposed play corridor, pursuant to planning permission 20/00782/OUTM.

I give notice that application is being made by London Borough Of Bexley Regeneration And Assets Team to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for :-Erection of a five storey building attached to existing three storey detached building to provide 19 self-contained residential units and 3 commercial units with provision of car parking, cycle parking, refuse stores and associated works.
