c) Erection of a detached garden room with veranda and raised decking to rear at Vine House 43 Main Street Bubwith YO8 6LT (Ref: 24/01283/PLF)
d) Change of use of agricultural land to a dog walking field with associated access, shelter and dog agility equipment at Williams Den Castle Farm Wold Hill North Cave HU15 2LS (Ref: 24/00921/PLF)
Proposal (c) is a Listed Building scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) affects the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) affects a public right of way.
