24/39125/FUL - Field Adjacent A34 Northbound - Creation of an Electric Vehicle Charging Hub comprising 31 charging bays equipped with solar panels and a substation (Sui Generis), picnic areas and a drive-through restaurant (Use Class E), with associated access, car and cycle parking, and landscaping.

The proposed development(s) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the applications relate are situated

24/39115/FUL - Moat Farm Church Lane Gayton - Conversion of redundant agricultural building to dwellinghouse. Change of use of redundant agricultural land to provide amenity land for the dwellinghouse, including landscaping.

24/39109/FUL - Barn A-C Moat Farm Church Lane - Change of use of redundant agricultural land to provide amenity land to barn conversions, including landscaping and access works.

24/38912/FUL - The Chalet Nanny Goat Lane Stone - Erection of replacement dwelling and associated hard and soft landscaping.

24/39223/HOU - 24 Granville Terrace Stone Staffordshire - Single Storey Rear Extension and Alteration.

Notice Under Article 15

24/39109/FUL - Barn A-C Moat Farm Church Lane - Change of use of redundant agricultural land to provide amenity land to barn conversions, including landscaping and access works.

The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 (public rights of way) applies.

Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 10 July 2024. Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 10 July 2024. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
