Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
24/0646/HSE/CE: 62 Hilfield Lane, Aldenham, Watford, WD25 8AJ. Retrospective application for the partial rebuild of existing outbuilding in same location to rear of house. Reason: Conservation Area & Green Belt.
24/0652/FUL/KM: Red Lion Hotel, 78 - 80 Watling Street, Radlett, WD7 7NP. Timber door to side elevation, 2x awnings to side elevation above existing shop front windows, alterations to existing ramp access to entrance via the corner beer garden including new tiled floor finish and wrought iron handrail to each side and replacement of tiled floor finish under canopy. External redecoration to all levels of the existing building and new external flue to rear elevation from new internal fire with solid fuel log burner. Reason: Conservation Area.
24/0683/HSE/GO: 8 Park Road, Radlett, WD7 8EQ. Part single part two storey rear extension and alterations to fenestration. Reason: Conservation Area.
24/0416/FUL/MSA: Blackbirds Farm, Blackbirds Lane, Aldenham, Watford, WD25 8BS. Erection of building to be used for cattle housing. Reason: Green Belt and Adjacent to a Listed Building.
24/0718/HSE/WC: 4 Stables End, Aldenham, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD25 8EU. Conversion of loft to habitable space to include 3x front rooflights and 3x rear rooflights. Reason: Green Belt & Conservation Area.
24/0715/HSE/HHO: 1 Grove Cottages, Hogg Lane, Elstree, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 3AL. Construction of a single storey rear infill extension to connect detached outbuilding to main dwelling with associated roof works. Reason: Green Belt.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere-gov.uk.planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
