Public Local Inquiry Notification:
24/00004/REF - Appeal against the refusal of application 18/00840/OUTMEI for outline application for up to 210 dwellings, public open space, landscaping, sustainable urban drainage, access, and associated infrastructure. (All matters reserved except access).at Land North of Brown Lane, Tamworth, Staffordshire.
A Public Inquiry will commence on 2 July 2024 starting at 10a.m, at the Hollyfields Sports & Conference Centre, Woodacre Rd, Erdington, Birmingham, B24 0JT for 4 days.
The Public Inquiry will then recommence at the Council Offices in Frog Lane, Lichfield WS13 6YZ, on 9 July 2024 for 4 further days, if needed.
Documentation relating to the appeal is available for inspection on the Lichfield District Council website https://www.lichfielddc.gov.uk/planning. or https://www.landatbrownslane.co.uk/ The public may attend the Inquiry and at the Inspector’s discretion, give your views.
Disabled people should contact the Council to confirm arrangements for parking, access and seating which are in place.
