WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2024/00098: Bardney: Mr A Cutting: 1 Youngwood: two storey extension & replacement roof.
b) WL/2024/00419: Scothern: Mr R Guest: Brookside Cottage, 18 Main St: single storey extension (affects right of way)
c) WL/2024/00400: Bardney: Mr M Andrew: 9 Abbey Rd: removal of offshoots & erect single storey extension(affects right of way)
d) WL/2024/00402: Knaith: Mr P Daniels: Land adj. Terrace House Farm, Gainsborough Rd: erect detached tractor shed
e) WL/2024/00404: Newton on Trent: Mr & Mrs Kyme: Post Office, 6 High St: change of use of post office & shop to additional residential, remove outbuilding, form car parking area & erect fence.
f) WL/2024/00407: Riseholme: H Thompson: Land off St Georges Lane: erect covered midden building (affects right of way)
g) WL/2024/00410: Aisthorpe: T Haughton: Aisthorpe Hall, Lincoln Rd: restoration & remodel of dwelling, erect single storey orangery, porch, replace windows, doors & link extension to existing garage (WL/2024/00408 also submitted)

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
