  • Proposed erection of a two-bay cart shed, 3 Beech Farm Barns, Beccles Road, Belton. Application No: 06/24/0196/F (3)

  • Single storey side extension to dwelling to create an annex for use by an elderly relative, 4 Grange Farm Close, Filby, Application No: 06/24/0207/F (3)

  • Proposed change of use of part of Herringport Furniture building and rear curtilage (Class B8/Class E) to a dog day care facility (Sui Generis) with associated construction of raised external exercise area and installation of boundary fencing enclosure, Herringport Furniture, Old Priory Works, Riverside Road, Gorleston.

  • Application for retrospective planning permission for the siting of a static caravan to be occupied as a single dwelling (Use Class C3) and erection of associated veranda decking, Highfield Farm, Heath Road, Rollesby. Application No: 06/24/0299/F (4)

  • Proposed variation of Condition 11 of outline pp. 06/18/0315/O (Development of 13no. dwellings) to remove the existing pre-occupation restriction and allow up to four dwellings to be occupied before the off-site highway improvement works (including public rights of way works) as referred to in the condition are completed.
