Erection of a new porch/bay window to front elevation, two storey rear extension, internal alterations along with new shed and new gravel surface to existing driveway. Reason: CA HH

24/00931/PA – 45 Birch Crescent Aylesford ME20 7QE – Mr W Hathorn is applying for erection of pagoda over replacement front gates. Reason: CA HH

24/00927/PA – Rotary House Norman Road West Malling ME19 6RL – Precious Gems Nursery is applying for proposed change of use from an existing community centre to a nursery with associated parking and landscaping. Reason: CA
