The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.
24/00841/PA – Faulkners Oast West Tonbridge Road Hadlow TN11 0AJ – Mr W Geake is applying for installation of 12 solar panels on existing south facing garage roof. Reason: LB HH PROW
24/00862/PA & 24/00863/PA – The Long Arm 440 Bullen Lane East Peckham TN12 5LP – Mrs S Nixonis applying for proposed replacement of the present entry gate (an old farm type five bar gate) with a pair of automated black wrought iron gates in the same location. Reason: LB HH
24/00920/PA – Ross Cottage 114 Leigh Road Hildenborough TN11 9AG - Mr & Mrs Ravenscroft are applying for conversion of ancillary outbuilding to a self-contained dwelling together with part removal of rear ground floor element and associated external alterations and removal of first floor rear balcony serving number 114. Reason: PROW
24/00922/PA – 68 The Rocks Road East Malling West Malling ME19 6AU - Logix Surveying Ltd is applying for demolition of existing porch, existing sheds and removal of 4no. trees. Erection of a new porch/bay window to front elevation, two storey rear extension, internal alterations along with new shed and new gravel surface to existing driveway. Reason: CA HH
24/00931/PA – 45 Birch Crescent Aylesford ME20 7QE – Mr W Hathorn is applying for erection of pagoda over replacement front gates. Reason: CA HH
24/00927/PA – Rotary House Norman Road West Malling ME19 6RL – Precious Gems Nursery is applying for proposed change of use from an existing community centre to a nursery with associated parking and landscaping. Reason: CA

HH Householder application - As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
