What is planned?

Notice Under Article 15(1A) Of The Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) (Order) 2015 Notice Under Regulation 20 Of The Town And Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (As Amended) Application For Planning Permission Accompanied By An Environmental Statement

A proposed development at Anchor Lane Farm, Newnham Drove, Burwell, Cambridge, CB25 0BN, is subject to Environmental Impact Assessment under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017.

Notice is hereby given that Burwell AL (BAL) Ltd (the applicant) have submitted an EIA Report, and additional information in relation to the EIA Report, to East Cambridgeshire District Council in relation to planning permission sought for a proposed Battery Energy Storage Facility and associated works, planning reference number 24/00160/FUM.

Members of the public may inspect copies of,
- the application,
- the plans,
- the environmental statement, and
- any other documents submitted with the application,
at East Cambridgeshire District Council, The Grange, Nutholt Lane, Ely, Cambridgshire, CB7 4EE during all reasonable hours for a period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice.

Members of the public may obtain electronic copies of any of the documents, including the environmental statement, by contacting the Agent for the Applicant.
